Meet our Advisory Council

A Greater Toronto Area native with a passion for social justice initiatives that expose and address intersectionality at the regional, national, and international levels. A recent graduate, Shohreh holds an MA in International Security (Sciences Po Paris; France) and MSc. International Political Economy (London School of Economics; UK).

Sia Pashang is a lawyer practicing in the area of criminal defense. He represents individuals facing a wide range of charges with a client-centered perspective. His practice also covers mental health proceedings as he appears frequently before the Ontario Review Board, Consent & Capacity Board, and Mental Health Court.

Saghar is a high school student here in Toronto. Her social justice focused principles in addition to her stellar leadership skills place her in a great position to bring youth perspective and energy to I2CRC’s direction, programs, services and media platforms.

A registered social worker with a keen passion for social justice from an Anti-racism, Anti-oppression framework, Shohreh is determined to immerse herself in the community and advocate for social change.
